We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and the data associated with it.
How to request account deletion?
1. Launch and login to RoomForRent App on your mobile device/ browser.
2. Tap your Profile icon, then select Settings.
3. Scroll down and select Delete Account.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm. You’ll see a confirmation message when complete.
What data is deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Your app settings and preferences
- Your activity and usage data
- Content you created or uploaded (photos, posts, etc.)
- Messages and interactions
This data is deleted from our active systems.
What Data May Be Retained?
Some data may be retained for a limited time for legal and security purposes:
-Payment and transaction records (if applicable)
-Security and fraud prevention logs
-Crash logs and diagnostics (anonymized)
